It’s No Accident is a 1993 16.2-hand bay Thoroughbred mare who is both IRS Oldenburg N.A. and the German Oldenburg Verband. She has had a number of foals who have been successful in dressage competition. Her pedigree is dominated on both sire and dam sides by Bold Ruler, the 1957 Thoroughbred Horse-Of-The-Year. In addition to being an outstanding race horse, Bold Ruler produced a number of prominent sons including the legendary Triple Crown- winner Secretariat. Further-back, her pedigree features Sir Galahad, who has had significant influence as a producer of superb jumping horses. She also descends from the stallion Hyperion, whose influence on the jumping world has been enormous. Hyperion’s bloodlines are contained in such famous jumpers as Eros, Lucky Boy, Abgar, Rolando and Zeoliet.
